Curtis has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of site planning, civil land development design, project management and permitting.  He has experience with a wide variety of project types including higher education, K-12, athletic facilities, commercial, industrial, single family residential and multi-family residential as well as stormwater and utility infrastructure projects with construction budgets exceeding $150 million.  In addition to traditional civil consultant role, he has an extensive experience in the prime consultant role leading teams for various private developers, municipalities, higher education and K-12 clients assembling project teams to deliver ground-up projects with construction budgets exceeding $30 million.  Curtis is a natural problem solver who is comfortable looking outside the box when necessary to find solutions for challenges that arise on projects from concept through construction.
