The project consists of an addition and improvements to the existing Garden Pavilion of the Auburn University Events Center at the President’s House. The project includes an approximately 6,005 SF renovation at existing pavilion building, a new 3,916 SF pavilion gathering space, 2,272 SF of storage and service space, and 2,872 SF of office space. The new building and site improvements require significant rework of existing utilities and site infrastructure. Increased impervious surface generated by this project require the design of an underground stormwater detention structure and associated storm piping.
