Located on West Oxmoor Road in Birmingham, Alabama, Colina WeHo includes 310 residential units in 16, three-story apartment buildings.  the project blances contemporary luxury in an evolving West Homewood outdoor living environment.  The civil engineering design was provided by LBYD, Inc. (under the direction of Brian Hatcher and Marcy Williford). The design included POV and emergency vehicle entrances from West Oxmoor Road, the conversion of an existing pond into the projects wet retention pond with faux bridge feature, a lower amenity area adjacent to the pond, and access to the upper residential area.  The residential area contains 16 buildings around central amenity courtyards. The amenity courtyards include a clubhouse, fitness building, swimming pool, lawn area, and congregation areas.  Kadre Engineering (under the direction of Brian Hatcher and Marcy Williford) provided construction administration and as-built services.
