The project includes selective demolition, full site redevelopment, and construction of a new 15,000‑square‑foot law enforcement facility, representing a major expansion over the Police Department’s current 3,000‑square‑foot footprint in City Hall. The project includes defined vehicular access points, secured police vehicle parking and intake areas, emergency vehicle paths.
