Located within the Inverness Center area of Hoover, Alabama, the Heights at Inverness is a 289-unit luxury apartment community. This residential development includes one and two-bedroom units with swimming pols, fitness, and walking trails. The walking trails connect to the existing trailway system throughout   Inverness Center creating a co-working environment with adjacent office   buildings. This project occupies 15   acres adjacent to the exising lake and nature park. The existing lake was modified to allow the proposed development to maintain existing drainage patterns throughout construction and post-development. This project also expands on the multi-use pathway systems of Hoover with a connection to the nature park and a new path along Inverness Parkway.
