Brian Hatcher, PE
Principal
Brian has many years of experience in managing and leading the site civil aspects of design, project management, construction management, and analyses for numerous public and private sector clients. He has a Master of Science in Civil Engineering from Alabama with an emphasis in airport design. His project experience has ranged from industrial complexes and warehouses, commercial retail centers, prototype retail, roadways, airports, single family and multifamily developments, K-12, and higher education. He believes in drawing experiences from various project and client types in an effort to emphasize end user experience and feel while designing sites to achieve the owners’ desired goals and expectations. David has experience in the design and management of a broad range of civil engineering projects. His extensive background equips him with the confidence to make sound decisions that result in both time and cost savings for projects. Proficient in standard engineering practices for site design, drainage, and utility projects, he has accumulated valuable insights across various sectors, collaborating with federal, state, private, and municipal clients. David firmly believes that project success hinges on keeping the bigger picture in sight while simultaneously attending to the small details. Beyond his professional pursuits, he finds joy in outdoor activities, traveling, and cherishing moments with loved ones. Orange Beach is where David, along with his wife and daughter, proudly call home. Curtis Eatman, PE
Principal
Curtis is a 2001 graduate of Auburn University with a BS degree in Civil Engineering. Curtis has over 23 years of experience in all aspects of site planning, civil land development design, project management and permitting. Curtis has experience with a wide variety of project types including Higher Education, K-12, Athletic Facilities, Commercial, Industrial, Single Family Residential and Multi-Family Residential as well as stormwater and utility infrastructure projects with construction budgets exceeding $150 Million. In addition to traditional civil consultant role, Curtis has an extensive experience in the prime consultant role working for various private developers, municipalities, higher education and K-12 clients and assembling project teams to deliver ground up projects with construction budgets exceeding $30 million. Curtis is a natural problem solver who is comfortable looking outside the box when necessary to find solutions for challenges that arise on projects from concept through construction. At Kadre Engineering, we are experienced in all aspects of land development. While our overall project process and approach is similar, no two sites are the same, which means each site needs its own customized solution. Since then, Caleb has gained many years of experience in bringing insight to clients’ needs while bringing together and leading design team efforts. He is well seasoned in providing assistance in all phases of the development from initial pre purchase site assessment to intricate design and contending with construction related . Caleb draws on his background in various market sectors such as higher education, k-12, commercial / industrial, utility infrastructure / enabling projects, single and multi-family providing a holistic view to bring creative solutions to challenging opportunities. He enjoys mentoring recent engineering graduates and being a part of their development into mature professionals. Aside from engineering efforts, Caleb can be found spending time with his family and friends outdoors either camping or swimming or on the softball field with his daughters. Lee has over 9 years of experience in the management and design of civil engineering and land development projects across the southeast. He has project experience for various clients in a multitude of market sectors ranging from higher education, urban infill, K-12 projects, industrial, heavy utility, and residential subdivisions. He graduated with his Bachelor of Science degree from Auburn University’s Samuel Ginn College of Engineering in 2014 and has served as an adjunct professor for the department of Civil engineering since 2018. Lee believes in delivering a quality experience for his clients from the beginning of the design process through the conclusion of construction by promoting communication and ensuring the needs of the end user are met through a thoughtful and cost effective site design.
